Stace Roberts - Operations Manager

Stace is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience in programming and data maintenance in Information technologies, as well as experience as a draftsperson in the building industry. Using his expertise and extensive connections in the industry, he is able to critically evaluate and develop solutions to meet the rapidly evolving built environment. He has used his knowledge and skills in business such as Multiflo, Weir Minerals, KSB and Frontline Manufacturing Pty Ltd.

Alex Gunawan - Designer

Alex has been working with the director of Resilience, Siobhan, on a number of projects for 12 years. His skills as an architect have helped carry on the legacy of many Brentnall projects through his proficiencies in design software. Alex continues to excel with his 3D visualisation and animation skills, providing polished and sophisticated design imagery for some prestigious companies. Alex shared the vision of providing resilient design solutions with Siobhan and since day one has been responsible for many of the novelty features of Resilience’s designs.

Ramesh Hirani - Structural Engineer

Having completed his Master of Engineering (M.Eng) in Structural Engineering and Engineering/Industrial Management, Ramesh has since worked on several projects with Siobhan for Brentnall and worked on projects with other members of the team. Ramesh has created value in the business structure as Resilience continues its endeavour to break boundaries in design which can only be realised with structure brought to these solutions by Ramesh.

Alan Van - Town Planner

Ramesh Hirani - Structural Engineer

Allan Van is one of the co-founders of Resilience Design and Build. His own business, Allan Van Planning, is a boutique planning and development firm. His 40 odd years of experience in dealing with Councils has assisted his clients in obtaining timely approvals with relevant and cost-efficient conditions. His role at Resilience is foundational for many future projects.
